Kimberly Freeman Salinari is the Qualifying Broker and was born and raised in Atlanta, specifically the Brookhaven area. She graduated from Georgia Tech with a Business Degree and has personally been involved in residential Real Estate since 2001. She formed Mercatus Realty LLC with Preston in 2009, during a time when the market was faced with a downturn in the economy. Analysts were suggesting it may not be the best time to pursue a real estate career. However, it turned out to be just the opposite, and was the start of a very successful venture. Over the years, Kimberly has worked with buyers and sellers in all price ranges, and thoroughly enjoys finding that perfect home for her Buyers, and selling her client's homes at the highest price. She also has vast experience in short sale transactions, foreclosure and distressed properties. Kimberly goes above and beyond to make certain her clients have an exceptional Real Estate experience. 

Preston Fichter-Salinari holds an Associate Broker license, an Appraisers license, as well as being a NACHI Certified inspector. This wealth of knowledge is invaluable as he can educate clients on home construction, and can identify potential issues or problems with a property. He is an expert in the local market, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. He has the reputation for providing trustworthy, well-researched advice to clients and is passionate about providing the best possible service. In an ever-changing market, he will be with you every step of the way. Preston has been licensed since 2005 and has worked with Builders, Developers, Investors, and Residential customers. Having resided in Roswell for over 20 years, he is vastly familiar with the various neighborhoods and understands the local market and residents along with accurately valuing of homes and properties. 

Lisa Arends is a dedicated salesperson for Mercatus Realty who has been a math teacher for almost a decade. Lisa's teaching background makes her an excellent fit as a salesperson as she takes pride in helping and teaching her clients through the complicated Real Estate process of finding the right home. She goes the extra mile to crunch the numbers so they are in her client's favor. Lisa’s habits of asking questions, listening carefully to the answers, paying attention to details, and following through to finish the job, makes her a wonderful agent to work with.

David Brown is a fully licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia. He specializes in Buyer Representation, Listings, Distressed Properties and Short Sales. With 9 years of experience in real estate in the metro Atlanta area, David has earned his outstanding reputation through his commitment to his clients and his passion for real estate. He prides himself on his integrity and his genuine, personable approach. For the last 12 years, David has lived in Alpharetta with his wife, daughter and rescued dog. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, socializing with friends, playing tennis and working out.

Alejandra Carreon  With the Hyper Local knowledge of being a longtime resident in the Canton area, Alejandra enjoys educating her clients with above average knowledge of home construction and renovation processes. She strives to educate her clients throughout the transaction process. Alejandra knows that everyone is different and she has to understand her Client's needs and wants, no matter how small. Stacy Esval  Is a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Georgia. She currently lives in Roswell and before that Buckhead. She is a mother of 3 children and knows everything there is to know about raising kids in the area. Stacy can tell you everything there is to know about the schools and recreation facilities, as well as restaurants and the best places to get a glass of wine! She knows what it’s like to raise kids in both the city and suburbs and can help give you a view of both! Stacy knows Real Estate and it has been her passion. She also loves working with people, and is very good at listening to others and figuring out what their needs are. Bobby is also the CEO of Artistic Construction LLC, based in Woodstock and Alpharetta, Georgia. He is a 16-year industry veteran with a passion for finding and renovating properties. With a background in corporate accounting and finance, Bobby is able to provide a multi-facet of services for Clients in the decision-making process for their property. Bobby graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance.

Dana LaChance is an Associate Broker, and resident of Roswell who is an expert of the area. Dana has been involved in Real Estate for over 40 years, and has a wealth of experience. She began her career in Florida, and has spent over 30 years working in the Atlanta area. She knows the area extremely well and is wonderful with her clients. Dana has worked in new home construction, and has done numerous transactions on the Selling and Listing side. She is professional, caring, and guides her clients through the real estate transaction so that they have a wonderful experience. Dana goes out of her way to provide the best experience possible and is a wonderful person to work with.
